AAI Recruitment 2023 Eligibility
The Eligibility Criteria in terms of Age Limit and Educational Qualification is given below in detail.
Age Limit
Candidate must not be older than 27 year as on 30th November 2023 in order to apply for junior executive post in AAI means maximum age limit is 27 years.
- Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
- Upper age limit is relaxed by 10 years for PwBD candidates.
- Upper age limit is relaxed by maximum 10 years for candidates who are in regular service of AAI and have completed their probation on initial appointment.
Educational Qualification
Candidate Qualification required is as follows.
1. Degree/Diploma/Certificate/Membership Examination should be `
A. From a Recognized or Deemed university or from any top institution like IIMs/ IITs/XLRI/TISS etc. recognized by Indian Government and
B. Pass marks or equivalent for Bachelor Degree and also for PG Degree/Diploma including MBA/ICWA/CA
2. Candidates having B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc.(Engg.) Degrees can apply for the post for which required qualification is Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
3. Departmental Candidates who have recognized degrees as per the required minimum qualification, obtained through part-time/correspondence/distance education mode can also apply.

AAI Recruitment 2023 Exam Pattern
- Question paper will comprise of Two parts, Part A and Part B.
- There will be total 120 questions of 120 points.
- There are four sections in Part A and two in Part B. Each of the two sections carries 60 marks separately.

- Total time duration is of two hours.

AAI ATC Junior Executive Salary
The candidates shortlisted for AAI Junior Executive roles would receive basic salary in addition to Dearness Allowance, Perks at 35% of Basic pay, HRA, and other benefits as per AAI regulations, such as CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical benefits, etc. For the Junior Executive position, the annual CTC will be almost Rs. 13 lakhs.
