UP Kaushal Satrang Scheme 2023: The Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath introduced a special program called UP Kaushal Satrang Scheme 2023 (यूपी कौशल सतरंग योजना) to give employement to jobless youth. The state government will give young people job possibilities and skill development training under this program.
UP Kaushal Satrang Scheme 2023 Introduction
UP Government has launched three new initiatives called The Chief Minister Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (CMAPS) 2023, the Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan (Yuva Hub Yojana). These programs are all focused toward offering skill development, financial assistance, and employment placement guarantees to the unemployed youth of UP. The primary goals are to help young people to develop their skills and create job possibilities.
The main objective of the UP Kaushal Satrang Scheme is skill development. The Yuva Udyamita Vikas Abhiyan (Yuva Hub Yojana) will help startups generate employment. UP Kaushal Satrang Scheme 2023
The UP Kaushal Satrang Yojana 2023 is a skill development program designed to give 2.37 lakh unemployed youth a specialized training. There will be seven components to Kaushal Satrang Scheme that will give young people employment opportunities. Every district will host a mega job fair at the district Sewayojan office as part of the UP Kaushal Satrang Scheme.
To prevent young people from migrating to urban areas, new skill development centers would be established in each district of Uttar Pradesh. The chief of the skill development mission will investigate youth employment opportunities within their respective districts. CM Yogi Adityanath stated during the introduction of the Kaushal Satrang Scheme, Yuva Hub Yojana, and CMAPS that the UP industrial sector had received investment from the public and private sectors totaling almost Rs. 3 trillion over the previous three years. The goal of all these programs is to give young people opportunities for employment and self-employment.
Objectives of UP Kaushal Satrang Scheme 2023
The main objective of UP Government is to provide job opportunities to the youth of UP by giving them some skilled training. These specialised training will help them to get the job and they will also be skilled enough to perform any job effectively. In addition to promising a bright future, Satrang Yojana will help them in developing the skills necessary to acquire jobs. To enable youth in even rural areas to receive skill training close to their home, the government will open skill development centers in each district.
There are seven plans under UP Kaushal Satrang Scheme, lets know them one by one in detail.
1. CM Yuva Hub Yojana
All department’s Swarojgar Yojana will cooperate under this plan and Rs. 1200 crore will be spent for this purpose. In addition, 30,000 start-up units will be created. Youth without jobs will be able to find suitable jobs under this scheme based on their qualifications.
2. Mukhyamantri Apprentice Promotion Yojana
Under this scheme, for doing apprenticeship in any industry, the youth of the state will be given an stipend of Rs 2500 by the government and unemployed people will get training. Under this scheme, the central government will bear Rs 1500, the state government will bear Rs 1,000 and the remaining amount will be borne by the concerned industry.
3. Zila Kaushal Vikas Yojana
A committee will be formed under the chairmanship of DM in the district. Which will work as job registration for the unemployed youth of Uttar Pradesh.
4. Kaushal Pakhwada Yojana at Tehsil Level
Under this scheme, LED Van will provide information about skill development schemes to the youth.
5. Providing Job Opportunity by giving them Training
Under this scheme, MoU has been signed with IIT Kanpur, IIM Lucknow. Where Arogya Mitras and cow herders will be trained under AMOU from Basic Education Department, Health Department and Animal Husbandry Department. Along with this, children who are not admitted in school will be admitted and skill development training will also be provided.
6. Recognition of Prior Learning
Under this scheme, artisans associated with traditional industries will be certified.
7. AMOU has been signed with 3 placement agencies
Due to which the youth will be provided employment in a better way. Through these schemes, unemployed youth will be trained and provided employment by the state government. With which they can easily meet their family’s expenses.
