UPSSSC PET: Introduction
For the thousands of applicants who have applied for the preliminary eligibility test for the Group “B” and “C” recruitment, UPSSSC is holding the UP PET Exam this year on October 28, 2023, and October 29, 2023. There would be two shifts every day: morning and evening. Candidate must download the admit card in order to appear in the exam.

By late this evening on October 19, 2023, the direct link to download the UPSSSSC PET admit card 2023 has been activated at www.upsssc.gov.in and distributed to the registered email IDs. Rather than going to the official website, candidates who have successfully completed the online application form for UPSSSC PET 2023 must download their UP PET hall ticket directly from this page. The UP PET admit card contains information about the Exam Center, Exam Date, Reporting Time, Exam Time, and Roll Number.

Steps for UPSSSC PET Admit Card Download 2023
Candidates can download the PET Admit Card 2023 by following these easy steps given below.
Step 1. Visit UPSSSC Official website www.upsssc.gov.in.
Step 2. Now Select “ADMIT CARD DOWNLOAD FOR 07-परीक्षा/2023 , PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET)-2023” on the Homepage.
Step 3. A new page will open where you have to fill your Registration No., Date of Birth, Gender, Verification Code(Captcha) and then hit Download Admit Card Button.
Step 4. Now your Admit Card will be displayed on the Screen. Check your details thoroughly.
Step 5. Take a Print Out of the Admit Card for future reference.
UPSSSC PET Exam Pattern 2023
According to the UPSSSC PET Notification 2023, the exam pattern is as given below in detail:
- There will be multiple choice type of objective questions.
- Total 100 questions will be there in the Exam.
- Total duration of the exam will be 120 minutes.
- There will be 1/4th negative marking for each incorrect answers.
The Subjects and the Marks they carry is given in table below. Level of the Questions for topics from Sr. No. 1 to 9 will be as per NCERT Secondary/Senior Secondary standard.
